To return a product, go to the Contact > Return section. Fill in your order number, your name, your email, and the reason for the return, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

In case you are not satisfied with the product, Liakara covers all return shipping costs.

In 1-2 business days, your order will be shipped, and in 7-15 business days, it will be in your hands, depending on the country.

For orders under 15 euros, there is a 2 euro shipping charge. For orders over 15 euros, shipping is free.

All transactions are securely processed through ShopPay and PayPal.
