Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and return policy for your peace of mind.

30 Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to initiate a return:

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories you included.
  • Provide the RA number: Write the RA number provided on the outside of the packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are free. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  • Restocking Fee: We don't charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or items marked as gifts

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at liakarastore@gmail.com with details and photos of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
