How to Enjoy a Rave Safely and with Maximum feeling and Energy
Rave Must tip : Focus on the music, not the people around you. Only then will you be able to elevate your dopamine and serotonin to the maximum.
How much can you boost your dopamine and serotonin without doing much, based on research?
-
Must: Smile to yourself for no reason at all . your serotonin will subconsciously skyrocket. Now that you've read this, try smiling and judge for yourself if it actually works
- Must: Take 10 deep and continuous breaths through your nose and exhale through your mouth. (Owner Liakara: I’ve tried this myself, and I can honestly say it works!)
1. Preparing for the Ultimate Rave Experience
- Before heading out, make video calls to each of your friends who are coming, one by one. Joke around and make them laugh—this will set the mood for a more playful and energetic night.
- Wear comfortable clothes and light rave accessories that don’t restrict your movement.
- Choose shoes that are good for dancing and standing for long hours—preferably athletic sneakers.
- Plan how you’ll get home safely before heading to the party.
- Eat a good meal beforehand to stay energized all night, and bring a small protein-based energy snack for the middle of the night.
- Don’t forget the most important thing—your sunglasses! Why? So you can wear them, close your eyes, smile, take deep breaths, and travel into your own imagination while dancing.
2. Hydration & Stamina Without Pauses
- Always carry a water bottle and refill it whenever possible.
- Bring a small packet of electrolytes to mix into your water halfway through the night.
- If the rave is indoors, take a Liakara rave fan with you and step outside for fresh air and rest breaks.
- Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it dehydrates you quickly.
- Listen to your body—if you feel dizzy, stop, find a place to sit, and rest for five minutes.
- The owner of Liakara recommends Neuro gum chewing gum (without implying any promotion) because these gums truly work 100% for focus and energy. Even Joe Rogan has mentioned them in his podcasts. At first, I didn’t really believe it either—until I tried them for studying. But in the end, I started using them for raves too!
3. Social & Safe Raving with Your Crew
- Always go with people you trust, and agree to look out for each other.
- If you get separated, choose a fixed meeting point to regroup easily.
- Never accept drinks from strangers, and don’t leave your drink unattended.
- If you get weird or threatening vibes from someone, move away and speak to security.
- If you feel overwhelmed, step outside and take a deep breath of fresh air.
4. The Music & Lights – Enjoying with Balance
- If the music is super loud, wear earplugs to protect your hearing.
- Avoid standing too close to the speakers, as it can cause headaches.
- If there are strobes and intense lights, take breaks if your eyes feel strained.
- Enjoy the vibe, but pace yourself—raving isn’t just about surviving the night, it’s about having the energy to truly live in the moment.
